You will be assisting in the implementation and training of the FinancialForce accounting applications in customer environments. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Experience with mid-market or enterprise accounting systems and financial management implementations. - Proven track record implementing FinancialForce. - Experience with Salesforce Supply Chain. - Expertise and experience navigating the implementation process associated with ERP Financial Management engagements. - Outstanding communication skills: the ability to talk about Financial Management processes, Salesforce, and other tools in the business context, without shying away from more technical topics. 4 Areas of Responsibility: - Proactively engaging with customers to manage their FinancialForce ERP projects. - Transforming customer objectives and requirements into amazing FinancialForce and Salesforce solutions and participating in the architecture and solution design. - Prepare and deliver standard and custom training remote or onsite. - Stay current with FinancialForce ERP releases and best practices.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Proven track record in selling Salesforce consulting solutions and services to E-commerce, supply chain and manufacturing functions. - Excellent Communication and influencing skills at different levels. - Strong negotiation skills. - CRM, Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills. - Proven track record of revenue achievement against target. 4 Areas of Responsibility: - Developing a deep understanding of solution value proposition and articulating to prospective clients. - Building a new prospect pipeline . - Qualifying sales opportunities and recording their sales progress in CRM. - Developing and managing a pipeline of Salesforce opportunities with a multi-cloud, consulting led approach.

Minimum Years’ Experience: 3 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I. - Experience and understanding Quality Gate process - Experience with implementing CI/CD pipelines - Experience with maintaining and managing Salesforce Sandbox. - Experience working on multiple projects with Salesforce products/platform 5 Areas of Responsibility: - create, automate, and implement/improve processes related to the releasing of Salesforce applications. - collaborating with development teams, ensuring they follow DevOps procedures and best practices. - plan and govern best practices for release lifecycle including version controls, branching and code merges. - Establish and enforce CI/CD best DevOps practices - maintain a security conscious mindset and adhere to best practices and team standards
