Minimum Years’ Experience:

5+ years of external consulting experience

Key Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of CRM consulting with hands-on experience with one or more CRM software product, preferably Salesforce (Siebel, Oracle, Clarify, Vantive, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, etc.).
  • 2+ years of custom cloud experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience identifying and documenting business process requirements, developing process flow analysis, data modelling, functional design experience, and creating project plans.
  • 5+ years’ project management experience in an agile development environment.
  • 5+ years leading dynamic and highly effective teams.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Leading a team to ensure full implementation.
  • Technical expert touchpoint.
  • Ownership of project and reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to challenge, innovate, lead and drive projects to close.
