Engagement Type: Delivery Description: The Salesforce Business Analyst will play the lead role in managing developers and QA, to assure the requirements are delivered. They are accountable for the entire project scope, the resources and the success of the project. Minimum Years Experience: 3 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Maintain project performance across scope, schedule, and contractual deliverable. - Develop project plans, budgets, project structure and staffing requirements. - Assist in pre-sales and sales related activities. - Coordinate internal and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery, manage the governance processes, business change and continuous planning. - Coordinate with client and client 3rd party vendors. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Experience with Salesforce project management and multi cloud implementation. - Experience with financial and budget management. - Project management or agile certification are preferred. - Proactive, dynamic, and self motivated, with good priority management and organization skills. - Very good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.

Engagement Type: Sales Description: My client is looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will inform and help make business decisions across the customer facing organization and GTM strategy that maximizes revenue growth. Minimum Years Experience: 3 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Relevant revenue operations experience in B2B SaaS companies. - Deep understanding of sales automation, workflow optimization and enhancing user experience. - Data driven and detail oriented. - Certified Salesforce Administrator. - Reporting and analytics skills. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Develop and maintain revenue team KPIs, as well as the cadence of reporting to determine performance, effectiveness, and business impact of marketing, alliances, sales, and customer success activities. - Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within the revenue team. - Work closely with Revenue Leadership to identify trends and drive data influenced decisions that impact revenue generation. - Develop forecasting models and work with Revenue Leadership on territory management, forecasts management and sales management. - Lead the development and implementation of commission plans and the overall commissions process.

Minimum Years Experience: 3 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Relevant sales operations or revenue operations experience in B2B SaaS companies. - Understanding of sales automation and sales process optimization. - Salesforce Admin certified. - Team player with a sense of urgency. - Detail oriented and can effectively manage multiple priorities. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Become the power user of our CRM system to assist the global revenue team. - Develop and deploy updates to Salesforce to improve sales processes. - Develop processes and enforce practices that maintain data integrity in Salesforce. - Assist in the development of reports and analysis related to revenue team performance. - Identity operational and data gaps, locate root causes, and participate in solution planning.
