Test Analyst

Engagement Type: BAU

Description: My client is looking for a Test Analyst who will be raising and following up the defects of the legacy systems.

Minimum Years’ Experience: 1 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Salesforce or CRM experience.
– Focused and Diligent
– Experience with regression testing.
– Fluent in Dutch, English and French.
– Experience with monitoring, logging and interpreting metrics.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Support and maintain the existing systems and ensure releases are tested.
– Providing second line support, monitoring the health of the application.
– Work as an embedded team member.
– Be very detailed and precise.
– Liaising between the service and development teams as required to ensure a rapid and successful resolution.
