Solutions Delivery Engineer

Engagement Type: Delivery

Description: This role is responsible for delivering Salesforce embedded telecoms solutions to our customers. You will provide in depth design, planning, testing and delivery of our product and provide guidance on how to best optimise business processes. Work with customer IT teams to ensure end to end IP networks are sufficient and help troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively. You will be committed to providing the very best in customer service, be business savvy and able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.

Minimum Years Experience: 2 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Experience in a similar solution delivery or consultant role.
– Experience working with cloud technology.
– Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
– Experience in design and delivery of complex Call Centre solutions.
– Salesforce Administrator / Developer Certification.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Overall responsibility for technical delivery of projects & daily management of assigned project actions.
– Solution architecture – proposing and implementing robust technical solutions to align with customer business processes.
– Provide guidance on configuration and call centre design.
– Complete configuration, implementation and testing of services.
– Provide technical support and relationship management for customers immediately following delivery providing complete detailed design documentation.
