Description: My client is a pharmaceutical company who require a Salesforce Technical Architect to liaise with their accounts in EMEA to provide a balance of business development, sales origination, and client delivery.

Minimum Years Experience: 8 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– An experienced Salesforce Technical Architect.
– Multiple Salesforce certifications across various disciplines are desirable.
– Translating customer needs into a specification that delivery teams can deliver.
– Experience leading local and distributed teams effectively to ensure the most efficient delivery for the client.
– Management skills.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Provide specialist Salesforce advice and work closely with their accounts.
– Lead the growth of the Salesforce practice through sharing knowledge, developing thought leadership and supporting the career aspirations of team members.
– Managing client stakeholders.
– Advise on technical integration of the Salesforce application.
– Lead project teams.
