Salesforce Specialist

Engagement Type: Implementation

Description: The Salesforce consultant will require skills in either Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud or Service Cloud.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 years

5 Key Skills Required:

– CRM consulting with hands-on experience with one or more CRM software product, preferably Salesforce (Siebel, Oracle, Clarify, Vantive, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, etc.).
– Custom cloud experience.
– Identifying and documenting business process requirements, developing process flow analysis, data modelling, functional design experience, and creating project plans.
– Agile environment.
– Leading dynamic and highly effective teams.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Leading a team to ensure full implementation.
– Technical expert touchpoint.
– Ownership of project and reporting to senior stakeholders.
– Ability to challenge, innovate, lead and drive projects to close.
– Team player.
