Salesforce Functional Consultant

Description: My client requires a Salesforce Functional Consultant to work with stakeholders and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years.

5 Key Skills Required:

– Experience of CRM application role-out for Tier 1 organisations.
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
– Salesforce Admin and App Builder Certified.
– Banking experience preferred.
– Right to work in the UK with eligibility for SC clearance.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.
– Develop process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions.
– Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
– Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies.
– Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training.
