Business Analyst

Description: My client is searching for a FinancialForce, Certinia Business Analyst who will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyse processes, and contribute to the successful implementation and optimization of Certinia PSA software.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Experience with mid-market or enterprise implementations.
– Familiarity with project management methodologies and practices.
– Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in Certinia PSA or similar Professional Services Automation software.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Outstanding communication skills: the ability to talk about Financial Management processes, Salesforce, and other tools in the business context, without shying away from more technical topics.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for Certinia PSA implementations.
– Analyse data within Certinia PSA to generate meaningful insights and reports for stakeholders.
– Prepare and deliver standard and custom training remote or onsite.
– Stay current with Certinia ERP releases and best practices.
– Proactively identify areas for process improvement and recommend enhancements to Certinia PSA configurations.
