– Working closely with respective business functions and product owners to understand their requirements, analyzing requirement feasibility and providing solutions, workarounds to the requirement.
– Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert responsible for design and technical implementation.
– Provide end to end solutions for large scale campaigns with potential optimization testing to deliver personalized customer communications, email, SMS, Push, Landing Pages, Interactive emails.
– Translate business and marketing challenges into well-designed solutions.
– Front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMPScript.
